What's different about us?
1) Bespoke training session are prepared in advance.
- Many personal trainers deliver generic "programs" to all clients. At TimiTraining we deliver much more...

- We all live different lives, eat different foods, have different goals and varying timescales. Generic programs are simply not good enough.

2) After each session we email you a professionally prepared copy of your training plan.
- This is still a new concept in the industry!

- We also provide free nutritional advice, fitness challenges plus lots of additional advice, information and support.
​
- Each session can be re-visited, any time and most importantly almost anywhere.
3) Before & after pictures aren't good enough for us...
- Instead we record specific body measurements at key intervals, then analyse the information with our own specialist tools and then produce precise progress reports.

- A picture may say 1,000 words, but numbers never lie.
​

4) TimiTraining Measurement Review report includes:
- 24 key areas to track changes in how the body responds to exercise.
​
- Identification of areas requiring extra attention.
​
- Progress since last review.
​
- Impact of nutrition advice.
- Our review process tracks body changes in mm and has previously detected potential food intolerance.
