Back Lunge & Hop

 

Posture

Stand with legs hips width apart. Knees are soft and core is engaged.

 

Execution

Step back with R leg and lower body down to 90° keeping front knee behind the ankle, then push back up, lift your R knee and hop up. Alternate legs.
