YOGA TEACHER - Central and West London
My focus is yoga and mindfulness which is about finding a balance of mind through breathing, postures and stretching. As a yoga teacher I instruct my students in the art of yoga in order to increase their fitness and personal health in both mind and body.
I step into yoga when I was working / studying web development as a way of releasing stress and muscle / back pains.
My regular practise gives me more strength and energy for my everyday day life. This helps me to improve my health, well-being and my relationships.
Practising yoga with others helps me to improve my practise, gain more knowledge and use this to improve my classes.
