Group Fitness Classes - Wimbledon

Using the outdoors as your studio, you'll be guided by one of our instructors in a fun, but calming, practise of yoga. While there may be differing versions today, the mainly focus is still to increased awareness, harmony & strength in both mind and body.

Some of the benefits of taking up yoga are improved muscle strength & tone, higher energy levels, more installed confidence, and overall increased physical performance. Whether you're starting a journey with us, or just need an opportunity to stretch out, each session we work towards achieving long-term or short-term goals. Be it getting over recent stress, or wanting to do a Back-bend.

We believe good, fun and affordable fitness should be available to everyone. This is why we now offer these classes. Please book early to avoid disappointment, because each class has limited spaces.

Classes are limited to 10 spaces & the price is £10.
