I'm an experienced Yoga teacher specialising in the more rigorous Ashtanga Yoga.
I started practising Yoga as a way to calm my mind and maintain a healthy physique while travelling, following many years as a classical ballet teacher.
I'm also qualified to teach Vinyasa Flow and relaxing Yin Yoga classes.
I assess each client individually and adapt each class to suit your physical needs and goals.
My aim is to help you release tension and enable you to have a dedicated time to focus on your own health and development during the day. Yoga is beneficial for both your mind and body and alongside traditional practise I may also include (pranayama) breathing exercises and some flexibility and core strengthening.
