I have been working with Timi for the past couple of months whilst studying abroad.

 

Like many other students in my position, we seem to gain some weight from eating all of the exciting food in front of us—fish and chips, for example.

 

Thankfully, Timi's personalized exercise routines have helped me get rid of my undesired weight gain, and she has even taught me the do’s and don’ts of eating (and her recipes are quite delicious!).

 

I highly recommend training with Timi—she is the best of the best and I wish I could take her back to America with me!
