I first got into fitness to enhance performance on the court when I was playing tennis and volleyball back in the US.
After I graduated, it was my way of staying active. Next thing you know I turned out into a fitness addict!
When I think about my transition of truly turning my life into an overall fit and healthy lifestyle, I can say with confidence that it is by far, the best decision I have made for myself.
I get great satisfaction from working towards being my fitter and stronger self. Not only I feel healthier, more energised, but also happier.
It is truly a rewarding thing to get positive feedback from clients whom who helped reach their fitness goals. I have worked with many different people.
Whether it is someone who was not partaking in any physical activity, someone who wanted to lose weight, someone who wanted to improve their game on the tennis court, someone who was recently injured, someone who wanted to avoid surgery, or even someone who was afraid of personal trainers!!!
I feel like I am making a positive change in people’s lives, what more could I ask for!
