6 Personal Trainer life hacks


1) Plan and prepare all your session in advance. It takes 2-4 hours to plan 30 sessions. Delivering 6 sessions back-to-back on the fly 5 days a week is a guaranteed way to burn out. 2) Social media should only be used as social media. Unless you have millions of followers and you’re paid to endorse products, social media can be a commitment that drains resources and gives little in return. 3) If you are not working, you’re not earning. Therefore 2-3 week holidays may be commercial suicide. Several mini or weekend breaks makes probably works better. 4) Try different disciplines for your own fitness. Yoga, Pilates or even ballet or dance in general is a fantastic way to introduce new movements or exercises. 5) Always remember your clients are the key to your future success.
