1) No initial assessment or measurements taken before the training starts. 2) No regular progress reviews. 3) They smoke 20 a day or need energy drinks to survive your session. 4) There is no structure to their training and / or every session is the same thing. 5) They don't prepare in advance or take notes during or after sessions. 6) Nutrition is never reviewed. 7) They're more interested in clients private lives than fitness goals. 8) They never give homework or encourage you to train on your own. 9) Always on their phone.
