Training sessions can be delivered:

🍏 at selected outdoor locations
🍏 in your private or residential gym 
 

This item includes the following:
1 initial fitness consultation including introductory telephone conversation
1 body measurement
1 professionally prepared body measurement report (supplied by email)
1 food intake analysis covering 2 days
A healthy eating documentation (supplied by email)
1 60 minutes bespoke personal training session
1 professionally prepared training plan (supplied by email)
Additional telephone and or email advice and support
Approximately 30 minutes will be required to complete the consultation
 
* All services are delivered in person at your home, in your private gym, at your place of work or at selected outdoor locations.
* Personal trainer availability is confirmed via email prior to the training session.
* TimiTraining® reserves the right to cancel online orders and process a refund if we are unable to find a matching trainer.
* An administration charge of 10% is applied to refunds processed.
