Push Ups



Arms are wider than shoulders, fingers are spreaded out. Knees are on the mat. Core is engaged. Your body is a straight line from head to the back of your knees.



Lower chest towards mat, elbows are moving slightly back, keep head in line with body, then squeezing chest push back up. Make sure your back is straight throughout the movement. Don't stick bum out.
