Fitness for Teachers
The bootcamp styled classes we run are fun, team building and a fantastic way to promote a healthy work / life balance.
Sessions are designed to accommodate groups of up to 20, with varying ages and fitness levels and can be delivered with minimal equipment.
Most session include a mixture of Low Impact, High Intensity Interval Training, Body Weight, Functional, and Postural Correction exercises.
To ensure we provide the best possible service, the progress of all attendees can be reviewed every 6 - 8 weeks and then discreetly reported individually.
Additionally we provide nutritional advice and can provide home work if requested.
We offer a discounted rate for all our service to individuals working in the education sector.
