I am incredibly passionate about fitness and I truly believe in its benefits to overall wellbeing. I constantly strive to create a positive and motivational atmosphere for my clients so that they “want” to train harder.
My background in hospitality has taught me the importance of customer service, and I work hard to build great working relationships with all of my clients. I understand the obstacles that can limit people from achieving their fitness goals and I tailor individual plans accordingly.
My goal is to help people feel healthier and happier; to be positive and to love themselves the way they are.
As a keen cyclist, I also create training programmes for cyclists to help them improve their performance on the bike. These programmes concentrate on mobility, stretches, core strength and correct posture.
In addition to one-to-one personal training, I also specialise in functional fitness boot-camps.
Functional fitness focuses on exercises that reflect real-life activities and can benefit our body more effectively than isolation training on machines.
