Coming from an HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training - environment. I strongly believe it's not necessary to spend all day at the gym to get results.
Nutrition is an essential part of the work. Even if nothing can happen without the magic ingredient: motivation. Motivate people to achieve their health, fitness and sportive goals: this is what makes me satisfied.
