My passion for fitness stems from 12 years of classical ballet training.
Nowadays I enjoy a combination of weightlifting, HIIT training, Pilates, and barre – with some salsa on the side.
I believe that real progress comes from a varied programme and that success follows when you actually enjoy your training. I therefore strive to put the fun back into exercise so that clients can really reap the benefits!
After a lengthy academic career I proceeded to work in an office for a number of years. I therefore understand both the physical and mental toll that long sedentary hours of work or study can take on your health and the difficulties of juggling the stresses of day to day with the desire to lead a healthier lifestyle.
My aim is to get more people active and engaging in exercise whilst adopting good nutritional practices. I strive to utilise the little time my clients have available effectively in order to better themselves and improve their overall health and fitness.
I love to help people to grow both physically and mentally and to be such a key part of their journey.
